Sleep Experiment 01

Goal :  Improve  Certain Brain Factors Start with

  1. Melatonin, Cortisol , Autophagy, 
  2. Circadian Clock reset and resilience, 
  3. up-regulate good receptors, down-regulate "bad receptors"
  4. plus unknown
  5. telomere length
  6. general brain volume, rewiring through neuro-plasticity and health

hypothesis development:

  1.  that sleep is a medicine
  2. that sleep is a free medicine
  3. that perfect sleep is a free potent secret medicine
  4. that perfect sleep is a free potent secret medicine as it permits restoration of ancient neuron behavior to an optimal set point where circadian cycle of dark-light worked in ancient times when there was no artificial light pollution and EMF pollution.  we go back to blue green algae, and consider the genetic links to humans

Materials and methods

Pre sleep, 
  1. starts at dusk
  2. apply http://stereopsis.com/flux/ to computer to match spectral light from screen to night
  3. switch on night lighting
  4. prepare for sleep at 1030pm: checklist
sleep phase: no blue light, no photons if possible, cool temperature
  1. bed at 1100pm
  2. exogenous supports : checklist
  3. Jelly lamp for winddown
  4. Hibermate eye shield
  5. bathroom light yellow
  6. jelly wash lamp for wake up
awake phase : measure and note
  1. results:
  2. measure wake up time
  3. measure feeling
  4. measure skin, tiredness of eyes
  5. measure cortisol during day , saliva
  6. measure temperature
  7. measure pulse rate
  8. record fast time
